Performance Incentive Fund
Guidelines


The Gene Gutchë Performance Incentive Fund, implemented by The Schubert Club and supported by the Gene Gutchë Estate, is designed to support and encourage public performances and recordings of the music of Gene Gutchë (1907-2000).

The Fund can award up to $2,500 annually to individuals and organizations through this program, with grants generally ranging from $500 - $1,000. In addition, grant recipients will have the option to borrow scores and parts for Gene Gutchë music, including orchestral works, from The Schubert Club (Saint Paul, MN) and/or the Fleisher Collection of Orchestral Music (Philadelphia, PA) at no rental charge.

Timeline and Deadlines


Applications are accepted annually, for performances that will take place up to two years from application date.

The next postmark deadline is January 25, 2010

Applicants will be notified of funding decisions within 60 days of the application deadline.
